Adelante ND: Latinx Staff and Faculty Association is an Employee Resource Group committed to diversity and inclusion and educating others about our heritage. Our mission is to serve as a resource to the University of Notre Dame to positively influence the environment through events, networking opportunities, and innovative ideas.
Adelante ND is made possible with support from the Office of Human Resources. Employee resource groups such as Adelante ND are coordinated through the University’s diversity efforts.

Sinai Vespie, is the Executive Pastry Chef for Campus Dining at the University of Notre Dame. She oversees operations of the pastry and bakeshops located in the Center for Culinary Excellence and serves as a member of the Campus Dining Culinary Council. Yamil Colon, is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. Paloma Garcia-Lopez, is the associate director of the Institute for Latino Studies at the University of Notre Dame.
